DPI stands for 'dots (pixels) per inch'. All digital images are composed of small squares, known as pixels. When the image is printed, DPI determines how many pixels are printed per inch of paper. In other words, DPI is the pixel density when printing. Higher DPI will result in a higher quality print. For our stickers, we need artwork with either 300dpi or 600dpi.
The dpi and size of your artwork must be correctly set up BEFORE you make your design. After an image has been prepared, resizing it will only make the pixels in the image larger, leaving your artwork pixelated and giving a poor-quality print. If you are unsure of how to set up your artwork, please use one of our templates.
