The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Orders.

1 DEFINITIONS

These Terms and Conditions shall utilize the following definitions:

1.1
"Buyer" being the person purchasing Goods from the Seller,

1.2
"Seller" being VendettaStickers.co.uk, a business name of Vendetta Ltd (Company no. 06220212),

1.3
"Goods" being the articles being purchased by the Buyer from the Seller,

1.4
"Order" being each separate instance of Goods being purchased by the Buyer from the Seller,

1.5
"Artwork" being the electronic image file utilized in the production of Goods,

1.6
"Acceptable" being used to indicate a standard of Artwork that has been formatted to the necessary size, resolution, color settings and file format for the particular size of stickers being ordered, as stipulated to the Buyer by the Seller on the artwork and prices webpages.

1.7
"Turnaround time" being the period of time (measured in whole working days) from the date of clearance of payment and successful submission of Acceptable Artwork to the date goods are received by the Buyer.


2 GENERAL

2.1
Placing of an Order from the Seller by the Buyer shall signify full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein by both the Buyer and the Seller.

2.2
All prices quoted are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

2.3
All transactions are governed by English Law.

2.4
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2.5
Images and photographs used by the Seller in any form, electronic, printed, or otherwise, are used for illustrative purposes only, and may or may not bear any actual resemblance to any Goods provided by the Seller. However, every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all images.

2.6
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any Order or to provide any services associated with said Order, for any reason deemed appropriate by the Seller. If said Order has been fully or partially paid by the Buyer, said amount shall be refunded in full by the Seller, minus any fees incurred by the Seller in providing said refund.


3 PAYMENT

3.1
All Goods must be paid for in full in advance. Orders will only be processed and Goods will only be dispatched when payment has cleared.

3.2
All Goods remain the property of the Seller until paid for in full by the Buyer.

3.3
The Seller reserves the right to accept Payment only by methods deemed appropriate by the Seller.


4 TURNAROUND

4.1
Typical Turnaround time, while as accurately as possible portraying actual Turnaround time, is provided as guidance only. The Buyer should allow up to 30 working days for an Order to be dispatched from the time of payment being cleared and Acceptable Artwork having been received.

4.2
The Seller reserves the right to change the typical Turnaround time, without prior notice.


5 DELIVERY

5.1
All orders are delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide (a division of Royal Mail Group Ltd).

5.2
Delivery times are dependent on individual couriers/postal services and are not guaranteed by the Seller. For estimated Delivery time, the Buyer is advised to contact Parcelforce Worldwide directly.

5.4
Goods are insured at the standard level for the delivery option provided.

5.5
The Seller is in no way responsible for any damage to Goods incurred during delivery, provided the Seller has packaged said Goods in a way deemed sufficient and appropriate by the Seller. Although the Seller will provide any reasonable assistance, it is in the case of Goods damaged during delivery the ultimate responsibility of the Buyer to make any relevant claims from Parcelforce Worldwide (a division of Royal Mail Group Ltd) or other appropriate agents.

5.6
Where possible the Buyer will be kept informed of the progress of their order through email and provided with a Parcelforce Worldwide tracking number by the Seller.


6 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1
Due to the custom nature of the Goods being provided, cancellations and returns are not possible.

6.2
Partial refunds are offered on late orders when the Turnaround time of an Order had exceeded 30 working days.


7 DISCOUNTS

7.1
All discounts are provided entirely at the discretion of the Seller, who reserves the right to refuse any request for a discount by a Buyer.

7.2
Promotional discount codes provided to an individual Buyer are unique and exclusively for the use of the Buyer concerned at the discretion of the Seller. Said promotional discount codes do not entitle any other Buyer to the discount.

7.3
Promotional discount codes or any promotional offers may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Seller any time without prior notice.


8 ARTWORK

8.1
The Buyer will be required to provide Acceptable Artwork to coincide with all orders. The Seller is in no way responsible for the creation or provision of Artwork, nor responsible for checking the Artwork beyond the standards of Acceptability outlined above.

8.2
The responsibility for the content of Artwork provided to the Seller shall rest entirely with the Buyer, including but not limited to copyright and obscenity.

8.3
The Seller reserves the right to refuse sale to the Buyer in cases where the artwork provided does not meet the requirements and stipulations outlined for it to be deemed Acceptable Artwork.

8.4
The Seller takes no responsibility for the final appearance of goods with regard to the Artwork provided. While every effort is made to ensure high-quality products, the Acceptable Artwork standards provided can only be used to regulate technical aspects of Artwork and not aesthetics. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the output quality of Goods, in cases when said output quality has been directly determined by the quality of Artwork provided by the Buyer.
